Vemra · voice and handpan
Vemra
Véra sings. Emre plays. Concerts, singing circles and sound journeys that leave a room quieter than they found it.
Vemra is the two of us: Véra's voice above Emre's handpan. No backing track, no effects, nothing between the sound and the room. We play concerts where people listen, singing circles where people join in. And sound journeys where people lie down and let go.
We started playing together at home and it never really stopped. What we bring is simple: a voice that holds a room, steel that breathes under it, enough silence between the two for something to happen.

Watch
Vemra live

One full performance video does more for a festival application than any text. Phone video in the studio with good light is enough. Three to five minutes, one take.

Vemra is the Utrecht duo of Véra (voice) and Emre Veçhi (handpan). They play concerts, lead singing circles and hold sound journeys for festivals, yoga studios and retreats across the Netherlands. Their music is acoustic, slow and built around the space between a voice and a piece of steel.
